Using Fields And Forms

To edit a specific application scroll to that application’s row of the table, and click edit. The following screen will be displayed. In this case, we chose to edit the Grant Application for Small Organizations.

As you can see any applicant who applies for a Grant for a Small Organization will see the questions that are located on the left hand side of the screen. The left hand table represents activated questions while the right side represents inactive questions.

You may insert another question from the right hand side of the screen by clicking the insert button, that will shift that question over to the left side of the screen and that question will now be activated on all applications of this type from now on (once the save form button is clicked.)

Want to edit an inactive question? Click “Edit” next to the question you desire to edit and a new screen will appear allowing you to edit the content of that question.

To delete a question just click “Delete” next to the undesired question and it will no longer appear on applications. To add an entirely new question click “Add Field” all the way at the bottom and a form will pop up and allow you to enter an entire new question altogether which you can choose to leave inactive or activate.
