What does Pending Review Mean?

Once the PreApplication has been submitted the applicant will be notified with a “pending review” under the status of said application. This lets the user know where the application currently stands. In this state, the application has not been viewed and is awaiting moderation. When the application has been approved or denied by a site moderator this text will delineate the respective status.
